It's Cresento, from Gaia Online!
I drew this in the car on the way to OhayoCon, actually, during a slew of derpy conversations and teasing. It started as a reaction drawing to everything that was being said. 8D He's a very pissy chibi. Then again, he usually looks pretty grumpy, so that's not unusual, but still. Cressy does not approve.
When we returned home on Sunday afternoon, I inked it, and colored it in Photoshop. This is the end result.
First note: the details of his outfit underneath the coat change from panel to panel, and from artist to artist, in the manga. So I improvised. (He doesn't actually seem to wear shoes most of the time, either that or they're very, very flat.)
Second note: the length of his hair also varies, so again, I improvised.
